Aengus got ahold of the laptop this week and has setup his own baby technical support desk - here's some pictures of him in action!
Ahh ... a new call coming in ... "how may I help you today? Dribble dribble gurgle"?
"Yes I can help you with that - just hit one of the plastic square things and drool into the keyboard. Now restart your PC whilst throwing it out of the window and all your problems will be solved."
Ahh - so satisfying .... a job well done!
